Thank you for requesting a class with Laura’s Baking Delights. If I am able to fulfill your request, you can expect a reply within 24 hours. It will come from Laurasbakingdelights@charter.net. Unfortunately, I am not able to accommodate last minute requests. I need at least 7 days notice.
FAQ
When is payment due? A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date. The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to your event.
Where are classes and parties held?
Events may be held in your home, office, or event space within 30 minutes of Holmen High School, WI. Classes may also be held at Halfway Creek Park West Shelter, 400 Walnut St, Holmen (additional rental fee applies). I am also happy to travel to you. An additional fee of $0.30 per minute over 30 minutes will apply, based on Google Maps estimated travel time.
What projects can we make?
All offerings are decorating classes (no baking classes). You may choose from upcoming class projects, gallery examples, or request a custom project.
What do I need to provide?
If the event is held in your home, please provide table space and seating for each participant, a disposable table covering, and one paper plate per person. Also a space for the instructor to lay out tools & demonstrate. All project supplies are provided unless otherwise discussed.
What is your cancellation policy?
Public Classes:
If you are unable to attend, the first option is to transfer your spot to another person. Cancellations must be made 48 hours or more before the class start time to receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior are non-refundable.
Private Events & Parties:
Deposits are non-refundable. If you need to cancel, the first option is to reschedule your event to a mutually agreed-upon date.
If Laura’s Baking Delights must cancel:
In the rare event a class or event must be canceled or rescheduled due to instructor illness, weather, or unforeseen circumstances, the first option will be to reschedule. If rescheduling is not possible, participants may choose a full refund or credit toward a future class. Every effort will be made to provide advance notice.
